In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. What You Need to Know

Our standard turn around time for custom freshies is 7-10 business days. A business day does not include, Holidays, weekends, or shipping time. On rare occasions due to order volume, this time may be extended. If this happens you will be advised prior to ordering. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are shipped during the stated processing time on the website.

Local pickup is available at Migg's Place or Peddler's Paradise Bartique. You will receive an email when your order is available to be picked up. Please pick up orders within 7 business days (per Migg's & Peddler's Paradise operating hours). Orders not picked up within this time frame will be shipped to you at your cost.

On a rare occasion, I may run out of certain scents. We try our best to keep all scents available at all times. However, sometimes suppliers may be out, or may have delays, and sometimes scents become more popular than usual. If we run out of a scent that you ordered, we will reach out by email. If you can not find a replacement from our list and do not want to wait past standard turn around time for restock, your order will be refunded.

If you are looking for a shape that I do not have on the website, please reach out by email. I am happy to see if I can obtain the shape. In the event I order a custom shape for you, you will be invoiced for the cost of the freshie prior to me ordering the shape.

I also offer custom designs, if you would like a design that is not in my gallery, please email me a copy of the photo you would like to use for stickers or cardstock!

SHIPPING

-We provide tracking for all orders placed. USPS includes insurance for Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.  If you choose First Class shipping at check out there is NO INSURANCE and there is nothing we can do if the items are damaged or lost. Once your item is shipped it is out of our hands. Delivery times are quoted based on USPS policies.

 

-No refunds will be issued for items lost or damaged due to USPS. We will work with you to file a claim through your local post office and will replace the items once a claim has been resolved.

Returns and Refunds

All items are custom made to order. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake is made on our end. In the event an order is sent out incorrectly, it will be replaced at no cost. We only ask that you send a picture of the item you received.

We offer close to 50 scents at any time, returns will not be accepted for not liking a scent. Please reach out if you have questions about a scent prior to purchase.

Each item comes with a warning label. Refunds will not be processed due to improper storage or handling of items.

We are not responsible for damages caused by USPS.
